newbie question on Adsense Filtered URL list

G'day all
I discovered this site from a reference on the Spyware Warrior site looking for
URL lists to put in my proxy server banned list.
The adsence list doesn't appear to have been updated for some time.
Is this a current list and wil there be future updates or is it now defunkt.

    The list hasn't been updated for a couple of years. It should still be effective, but I'm haven't taken the time to update it since then. I would consider it defunct for now, but still helpful.
