Help with MSN and IE

edited February 2007 in Science & Tech
Hey guys. I need ^topic^. Whenever I try to start MSN (I believe I'm running 9 or 10) The sign-in screen pops up for all of 1/3 of a second then crashes. It's been doing this since october now. The problem has tricked me several times into thinking that it was gone. The first time, I rebooted in safe mode as the Admin then ran MSN. It took a while for it to come up but it did, then worked fine. I rebooted normally and MSN worked properly for about 3 days then the problem returned. After that I tried reinstalling MSN but to no avail. I ran all sorts of virus scans and attemped to correct all the problems there. I reran the scans and they came up clean but the problem was still there. Then I started playing around with the msconfig utility. I rebooted in a diagnostic setup and the freshly installed MSN worked perfectly for about a week. That was a week and a half ago. Now it's crashing again even in diagnostic startup and safe mode. Also, there was a time between the onset of the problem and the first reinstall where the problem seemd to target IE7 instead of MSN. Then I rebooted and it was targeting MSN again. Any suggestions? I'm including the most recent dr. watson report as an attachment. Thanks in Advance.
