Accessing startup programmes in Vista?

Just bought a laptop with Vista Home Premium pre-installed for Mrs. Crypto.

It's got two nagging pop ups, one to register the machine with Toshiba ( which I've already done!) and also the fact that I haven't enabled Norton Antivirus (don't want to, installed AVG).

I'd normally go in to Run>msconfig>startup to stop these pesky things but I can't seem to find the facility in Vista yet.

Anybody know if there is such a facility or is there a better way of achieving the object anyway.

Thanks. :)

Edit: Sorry, should be in the Windows forum, wondered why I couldn't find much on Vista here.:o

Right click on the start bar, hit properties, and one of the tabs will grant you with a list that will let you customize the contents of the start menu. About 3/4ths of the way down the list, there will be a little checkbox for "Run Command." Click that, apply, and your start menu will now have the run entry.

    Run msconfig like always.
