Problems with Asus M2n32-sli Deluxe and Creative Labs

150 GB Western Digital Raptor
2 Nvidia GeForce 7900 Gt w/512 mb

creative labs Inspire T5400 5.1 speakers
I bought a Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer and I cant seem to get it to work, I have disabled the Soundmax onboard sound in the bios,but the creative software doesnt seem to even see that I have the card in the box. I only have one PCI that I can get to the other is inbetween the PCI express sli slots and I really dont want to block any airflow to them.
I think it is about shared IRQ's but I am not sure. Anyone else running a soundblaster on their ASUS m2n32-sli Deluxe?
Any thoughts?
