vista disk cleanup has disappeared

i just installed vista home premium i went my computer clicked properties on my drive and in the general tab was the disk cleanup now its gone has anyone had this is it normal ?

I don't have Vista, so I'm not sure if that option should be there, but here's an alternative way to get to Disk Cleanup.
