I have a legit OEM 2k3 server web edition, COA still attached to the package.
I bought it for a customer webserver, installed it, but the customer bailed and I've never needed it again. It WAS activated once, but it will activate again with no problems - the original server it was on has been reformatted and the license is not being used.
New this is $379. I'll sell it for $250
The major difference between web edition and "standard" server is that the web edition cannot run active directory! It cannot be a domain server (although it CAN join a domain). So this is not good for local networks. It's basically a great web server platform for those who need Windows server + IIS instead of linux and apache, etc.
