Audigy 2 ZS Vs. Audigy Platinum
I have an Audigy 2 ZS card in my computer which I am very happy with.
I recently acquired a front bay drive for it. It is however for an Audigy Platinum series. My understanding is that the 2ZS is a better card than the Platinum (not 2 series Platinum) so I would like to keep my existing card.
I got the I/O device so that I could plug in my headphones without having to grovel at the back of the PC every time. So I will be using it only for headphones for now.
What I would like to know is whether the two devices are compatible and whether they ok just to run headphones. Also, if I attached all the supporting cables between the two devices, would I pick up any problems or conflicts?
