I remember it from like 10 years ago on a Mac
The cursor was a hand and you had to slap bugs before they flew down and started sucking blood from a stretched out arm.

any one have an idea of what its called?

I think the download you are getting is for the mac as it's a link back to
http://www.pangeasoft.net/ which is for the mac.
