Need some Advice Please

Good Day Gentlemen and Ladies

I've been testing some parenting software on my machine to see which is best and then was going to install on my kids. The problem is that some of these programs hide thier files pretty good and I can't fully uninstall them. I have a couple that won't go away, and I think it's affecting my internet speed. I have PC Detective and Cyber sitter that keep loading in my taskbar even after I have uninstalled them. I went into msconfig to start up and can't see the program in there to disable it...same with cybersitter. If you could have a look at my log and maybe you could help me
