I've been trying to make some logos but as soon as I rasterize text it looks cruddy. I've been using PS for a while, but I still don't know how to anti-alias things, or even if it's possible. I have CS right now, so if can someone please tell me how to anti-alias things.

Well, start with: What is the DPI setting of the source image?

There's the problem. 72 DPI is low res by any standard. What is the destination of the images - I mean "output intent" - is it screen, home inkjet printing, t-shirt, high end digital output, offset press, etc... ?

What I usually do is set up the "master" image to be 300dpi at a large size, say 4x6 inches. It will be excessively huge for the web, of course, but then you can use the "save for web" feature to make it the right size, and it looks great.
