You need PUNCTUATION in this sentence. I cannot understand what happened and therefore can't tell if you're in trouble or not. You seem to have stuck an error message, unmarked, in the middle of a sentence in which it doesn't make much sense.

The short version: DO NOT RUN THAT FILE. Delete it.

It deletes critical system files and control panel extensions (like the Firewall manager). I don't even know if it could actually run fully, but let's not find out. I also strongly recommend deleting any files it came with and avoiding wherever you got them from in the future.

This might also be a good time for a system checkup (as least steps 1-6).

Ok, A friend sent me a file he downloaded cause he thaught it was weird that there was an error file in folder. 2 files in the folder named wicked games and other file was error. i know some of the code but i was wondering if it would break my system and i could re instal with windows os disk it dosnt hert bios.
But i know the shutdown.exe command and i tried the start files and they were system files so it just told me system info. and the dir /s and tree shows me list of all my files so i thought it came with a file to send back this info to the virus maker.. (hidden trojan hourse)

If you ran it, you need to scan for viruses.

In either case, DELETE it (all of it - including the e-mail if it came attached to one) and EMPTY your recycling bin.
