I am currently experiencing major problems with my computer and I am pretty inexperienced when it comes to computers. My computer continues to re boot on its own and whatever is going on is attacking my anti- virus. It will either re-boot or when i try to access the internet i will get a microsoft error saying various things ex. The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly, The relocation occured because the DLL c:\ windows\system32\ADVAPI32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted fro a new DLL. I am also getting IExplorer. exe Apperror0x62304390 refrenced memory. And also Isass.exe- application error- application failed to initiate properly 0x0000005. I have also seen an error with Dr Watson post mortem debugger.Sometimes when my system automatically re starts it says windows product activation, in a grey box with a red X, a problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the liscense for this computer error code: 0x800701e7. I have uninstalled and re installed my Norton Internet securities and that seems to make the problem worse. If I run my computer without my anti- virus it seems to run ok sometimes. I have at some point got Norton to finally work and go through a full system scan, after many tries, It didnt show anything. I ran spybot S&D and the only thing it showed in red was 5 DOS exploits. I tried to run Windows updates and it will let me install some, but not all. I have windows XP and Im not sure what service pack I have or even what that means. I belive it tried to update my service pack when I went to the microsoft website, but Im not sure if it was successful. It is very hard to get anything accomplished with all of these issues going on. Please be so kind as to help me out if you can. If you choose to take on this challenge remember I am a very novice when it come to computers so bear with me. Thanks
