Please help with Trojan (Java/ByteVerify!exploit)!
Hi everyone,
long time, no see.
Last night my virus program (eTrust Antivirus) detected a Trojan in a .zip file. The Trojan's name is Java/ByteVerify!exploit and I can't seem to get rid of it using my antivirus program. It does show up on the list, though.
I ran Trojan Remover and also The Cleaner but they didn't come up with any results.
I've been to the place the file is supposed to be in but naturally nothing's there. The Cleaner did have a wee bit of info on the Trojan, it seems to be a relatively old one from around 2003.
Anyways, I'd appreciate any and all help!!
Thanks in advance!

It is thorough but lengthy. Also, there are numerous hits on Google for how to remove java/byteverify. Here's one: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_get_rid_of_Java-ByteVerify
GL!
In the event that eTrust is still detecting the same trojan, please follow the instructions in this thread:
