Does anybody know where I can find a good quality 2 ft power cord to drive my Sony LCD flat panel TV. I have a power outlet right behind the TV on the wall and I need a short cable so it is not visible below the TV. Thanks.
If you are mechanically inclined at all, you could buy a cord cap, cut the old wire, and crimp it on. Make sure you get a polarized plug end and hook it on the right way. (See attached picture)
Personally, I would just get a 99 cent pack of wire ties and use them to take up the slack by doubling the cord back on itself and tying it off.
