Impossible to fix

My computer has been infected since a week ago:

Online scan found this:

1.- Riskware.RemoteAdmin.win32.WinVCN-based

2.- Trojan.win32.Starter.m
  1. now my mouse right button is disable, in the explorer pages
  2. Can't save nothing to the disk, only offices files
  3. the delete button do not work,
  4. I can't download anything, every intent is block.
  5. The command to copy and paste are not working.
  6. Theres is red circle like stop sign flashing between red and a interrogation sign, displaying the system alert sign.
  7. In safe mode this signal on the right side menu of the page is still on, even on safe mode can't do nothing
  8. Found out some files in the system32 directory, call: SHDOCLC.DLL and SHDOCVW.DLL are related to this spydowncom/?aff=334 page that open automatically if i click on the alert sign. I can't install HJT or killbox.

Please need some HELP!!!!!!!!!

    Forgot to tell, it's a company computer and has Symantec Antivirus install and Ad-Aware SE.
