Cmuda.sys error - infamous blue screen

I was told to update my drivers (crash usually happens when i watch clips) but i don't know where/what/how to download since there are so many drivers and i'm not sure which particular i need :sad2:
Can somebody help me - step by step?

Look and see if you have a separate sound card (PCI) or if it's built into the motherboard. If the jack you plug the speakers into is up near the keyboard and mouse jacks it's onboard; if it's lower down the back of the case it is likely to be a separate card. (I say "likely" because sometimes there is a bracket mounted lower on the back of the case which actually is connected directly to the motherboard by a small ribbon cable, meaning that it is onboard sound.)
The best thing is to look at the chip itself and see what number is marked on it, then look for it on the list at the site you linked to. Reinstalling the whole works from a fresh download will likely do the trick.
had to ask about the sound card and i was told it's seperate
