What is the risk? Will it resume from the last checkpoint?
My KVM failed and the box is still folding. I just have no keyboard or mouse.

Do you actually have no keyboard or mouse, or just not have one attached?

If the latter, plug in a USB version of either and you should be able to exit gracefully.

I've had to interrupt a headless computer the hard way (reset button-style), with no ill effects - usually. Can't say about a GPU WU, though.

it is quite a robust client had a couple of power failures here and it just picked up from the last check point had to add -forceasm to avoid the standard loops carp though.:p

Found a USB mouse and closed everything. It all restarted fine.
This first GPU WU should finish Sat.

Now if my other box would finish the 5-ways on it I'll start it running SMP....
