    Symantec got back to me about Norton AntiVirus:

    'This issue can occur due to the damaged components of Microsoft Windows Script or the Script Blocking service of your Norton program. In order to resolve this issue, I suggest you to register Jscript.dll and check for the issue.'

    The fix was:
    In the Run dialog box, type the following text: regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\jscript.dll

    It didn't work. So script blocking???
