RegscrubXP keeps breaking my flash player

Has anyone else found this problem? It seem that every time I run regscrubxp 3.25, and go to a page that needs flash (like youtube), I get a message stating that I either have javascript turned off or need to reinstall my flash player.

Anyone else found this issue?
