remove disk error at startup

My computer is giving me a message about on invalid disk at startup even though there is no disk in the computer. I also get a "downloading updates" that always stays at 0% when it shows up in the bottom right corner.

I followed the steps on the 'read here before posting a hijack this log' and I had trouble with the Spybot Search and Destroy. It would scan just my internet explorer and mozilla firefox and then it would say there were no threats found. It only takes about 10 seconds to scan which I know is not right. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and followed all the directions closely. Anyways, I proceeded with the other steps and my logs are below. I appreciate any help!!

Hi, thanks for the help! Sorry I accidently missed that step about a firewall. I downloaded a firewall and am about to do the steps you posted, but before I deleted the p2pnetworks I wanted to tell you that my computer is connected to a server at my work location that runs our receipt program. I just wanted to make sure that file doesn't have anything to do with that because it's really important I don't mess any of that stuff up. If it is still safe to delete please let me know and I will continue with all the steps you listed.
    Thanks so much again
