can't log onto AIM, eBay, yahoo, etc.

When I put in my passowrd for AIM, eBay, yahoo, etc. the "THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" screen comes up no matter how many times I try. The computer was recently at bestbuy and they screwed with it or something because it worked fine before I took it to them to remove viruses.
Help!!!! What's going on here and how do I fix it?!

    The thing is, I took the computer back before they finished because it was taking forever. Now it has all their geeksquad programs still on it. I ordered a recovery cd to restore it to factory setting. I think I'd rather do that than go back to bestbuy. If I restore it with the CD will it be okay again?

    Here's the deal: PC repair is not a science, and it takes a while to get particularly troublesome PCs working correctly. Lord knows we see it on these forums every day. You have two options at this point:

    1) You can return to Geek Squad and let them finish, which they'll probably be glad to do if everything is documented and paid for.

    or..

    2) You can go ahead and restore it, which will fix the problem, but destroy your data.

    I guess it's up to you, but I'd be inclined to let them finish what they started, since they know what's going on.
