Unknown folder found.

i just found this folder and was wondering if someone could take a look at it and tell me what it is. I seems to have been installed on 3/8/07 which is about the time i started having problems shutting my machine down and installing progroms. I had to put it into a zip file cuz i couldn't load the .txt one.

    This is a Microsoft Security Patch,

    and is installed by the Windows Update Service, which you have most likely configured to perform 'automatic' updates silently in the background

    :) (hint: you might want to change this setting to 'notify you of updates and let you choose when to install them' to avoid this kind of thing in the future)...
