Bottle-neck Diagnostic Software?

Hi all,
I have a friend who’s just installed a 939 Opty x 2 into his existing system, this should have been an upgrade for him but apparently things aren’t going to plan and he thinks there my be a severe bottleneck in his system. I was wondering if anyone knew of some diagnostic software he could download and use to try and find the issue?

    Does he have the opteron driver installed?
