Over the last 18 months, Microsoft has been ruling the roost of next gen consoles with its Xbox 360, and has been doing so with great game titles and a comprehensive online community. Xbox LIVE was the first andis the most comprehensive unified online entertainment network, making it easy for people to find the friends, games and entertainment they want from the moment they power on their Xbox 360 system. Xbox LIVE connects millions of members across 25 countries to enjoy hundreds of multi-player games, downloadable games, free and premium playable game demos, music videos, TV shows and movies in the United States as well as new game levels, characters and vehicles for all their favorite retail games.
With the addition of TV shows and movies to Xbox Live, base consumers have been able to do more with their game console than ever before, with being able to download HD content and even TV shows for a small price, being able to stay home and watch the movie of your choice is becoming much easier. In this Microsoft today announced the expansion of its Xbox LIVE movie and TV roster as they welcome on A&E Network, ADV Films, National Geographic, & TotalVid.com.
The new additions will add the following to Xbox LIVE:
