Mobo advice?

edited April 2007 in Hardware
Hello all,
I need some recommendations on a new mobo. I want a socket 775(I'm gonna get 6600 conroe), 680i chipset and a good overclocker. Thanks for any advice.:)

Still no advice on a 680i mobo? I guess I'll just have to go ahead and pick one. I've read good things about the Asus Striker, but it is a bit expensive.

You need to look at the 650i Ultra. If you are not running SLI this mobo will give you most of the good stuff for a lot less money.
There was a review at anandtech.com the other day.

Well, I have been thinking about upgrading to this set-up:

*EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
    *Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor
    *OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
*EVGA 512-P2-N637-AR GeForce 7950GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP KO Superclocked Video Card
    *OCZ GameXStream OCZ850GXSSLI ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 850Watts Power Supply

I will keep my old case and X-fi soundcard. Anyone have any thoughts on this set-up?:D
