bfme 2 problems

when ever i try and play any map its always closes and say like data something has a problem and need to close.....and when ever i dl the patches i cant even open the game due to a "directx error" anyone know how to fix?


i have microsoft windows cp home edition,
amd athlon(tm) xp processor 2800+,mmx,3dnow,~790mhz,
Memory: 510mb ram
directx 9.0c
nvidia geforce4 420 go 32m
Display Memory: 32.0 mb


Tell me if you need any other info =S and tell me how to get lol

    Try Uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Hm, ok. Do you have the latest version of DirectX? You could also try to see if there's a patch to the game, if you haven't already.

    i have the newest directx i think and when i do get a patch the directx error comes up :sad2:

    Hm, you could try: start>run>dxdiag.
    Under the tab "Display" make sure everything is enabled.

    You have a GeForce 3200 32 MB?
    This game requires a 64 MB card as a minimum. Also, they don't support certain GeForce 4 cards, but your's shouldn't have a problem..

    Your video card does not meet the minimum requirements for play. You need a better one; the game will not run without it.

    well is it possible to get another video card for cheap for a labtop?

    no, laptop video cards are not upgradeable, I'm afraid. :(

    That depends on the make and brand of the laptop... Now his of course is a bit older and is not upgradeable, but most new laptops on the higher end do have upgradeable GPU's :)

    That is not a supported GPU for the game I think the MX4400 is the lowest GPU the game supports, and your Chip is way below that.
