Help Needed Desperately Please!

I've always considered myself to be fairly computer savvy. However, I've now got a whole host of problems that I haven't a clue how to fix! Last Thursday, my sister clicked a link in MSN Messenger and ever since I have had many many popups, my computer has become increasingly slow and it even restarts itself now and then. I've used various programs and most seem to point towards Virtumonde being on my system giving my Winfixer etc popups but also I've apparantly got smitfraud, a couple of trojans and a few porn dialers. McAfee didn't pick these up if I do have these. Now, I doubt these all happened Thursday so maybe I have done something wrong before but basically I have huge problems here and if anybody could give me some help getting rid of these I would be very thankful.

I don't know about anything too technically but I should be able to do most things if somebody can help.

Thanks, I did the pandascan but didn't do another one as it was painfully slow and I kept getting popups trying to download 'anti-viruses' every few minutes. If another has to be done, I'll try to do that as well.

I've as well as Panda used Spybot, Spyware Doctor and McAfee and they give me varied results. The logs of Panda and HJT are attached.

Thanks to those who were helping me. This situation got beyond a joke and I had popups all over the place, taking me minutes just to load a web page. On the advice of a few people, I did a system recovery after backing up my files and now don't have this problem.
