"Ghost" image of Raid 5 w/sata drives
Has anyone done any "ghosting" of a raid 5 array using sata drives? We have been doing some testing on a server with 6 sata drives in a raid5 array and every time we have to start over, they have to wipe the drive clean and reinstall everything which shuts down our testing for 2 days. Our IT guys are telling us they are having trouble finding software to image the drive(s).
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I would suggest integrating Ghost into a BartPE CD. This way you can load network support first and Ghost will work over the network. You can also integrate the SCSI drivers

Don't know if it matters, but the O/S is MS 2003 Server w/SP1.
You boot off the bart CD, install network support, map your drive to your image to restore and run ghost
When your build your bart CD, you add the drivers needed for network & SCSI. Then the bart CD can see the disk system & local network
