hi. I'd like to cancel the "suspect" programs but I need some help.

    well...even before I had some problems...it was often slow... than I formatted it ...but now it's slow again...sometimes it gets blocked....maybe it's because I use LimeWire ... but I'm not sure... what do you think that it can be?

    How much RAM do you have in the computer? Have you done a defrag lately?

    I tried to check for damaged, altered or missing critical system files

    but I got something as the immagine that I attached...
    I did't understand well what should I do... can you explain me better please .. thanks for your help...

    You need to have a Windows CD. Do you have one or this a store computer i.e. HP, Dell?
