Applications Failed every single one

I cant open any program or open anything on my computer. I get this message for anything i open:

The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I need desperate help i can even open an internet browser (im doing this post via windows explorer) :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :confused:

    So the machine boots fine, goes into windows fine, but won't run apps?
    Can you boot into safemode and run anything?

    Go to System>>Advanced>>Performance>>Settings and see what it says under the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) tab.

    it seems that everytime i did a system restore everything ran fine until i installed bitdefender which seemed to bring up these errors even after restart. yes i can go into safe mode (which is where i did system restore) and under DEP it says it is enabled....what do i do about bitdefender
