I presume that you already own the CPU. If you plan on keeping this setup for a while you might look to some of the boards with newer chipsets. The NF4 is getting a bit long in the tooth.
The last couple of MSI mobo that I have used worked, but not quite like I expected. I wouldn't call them flaky, just quirky. I don't have this mobo so I can't comment directly.
