Spy Locked Problem

Tried some of the free download fixes and were no help (most wanted you to pay after they found stuff to clean, similar to what SpyLocked does). Deleted a few things in Hijack, but they keep coming back. Some processes are also running which seem suspicious (bpmon.exe and bpmini.exe) which I can't close and delete manually.

This is my coworkers PC and I can't even boot into safe mode! Spy Locked is also closing down IE every time I try to download a cleaner off of Download.com!! Here's a log file;

    Hi Rustynuts!

    Please download SmitfraudFix

    Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
    Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
    Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

    Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

    Thanks, I used the smitfraudfix and it seemed to clear the problem. I will re-post if anything comes back. Thanks!

    Did run option #1?

    That doesn't clear anything, it just check..
    If you run option 2, it clear infection. Please post option 1 and -2 logs here :)
    (Don't post option 2 -log, if you didn't run that)

    Will have to post tomorrow, it was my co-workers laptop and he's out. It seemed to run option 1 automatically and popped up a log, then I went ahead and ran option 2, all in safe mode.
