Beep codes for Chaintech VNF4 Ultra

Does anyone happen to have a link to a chaintech website that works. The english version of their site appears broken. A friend doesn't have the manual, and his computer is beeping on start-up.

His computer boots to the BIOS then the screen goes blank and the beeps ensue. Occasionally the screen gets past the BIOS but usually not, and if it does its not for long.

Thanks, we found out one of his RAM slots went bad, moved the sticks to the other dual channel sockets and bam, worked like a charm. Thanks for the help, chaintech's site is garbage for future reference.
