What software do you recommend to convert AAC to MP3

Hi guys,
I wish to make a music cd - but i have a lot of music in the AAC format and i want to burn it as an MP3 format.
My question is which is the best software to use for the conversion?

Any tips on making a perfect music cd would also be appreciated

    MediaCoder can probably do it.
