Anyone know if the MSI Neo4-F motherboard supports an Opteron socket 939 chip?

    Yes, It supports socket 939, and this board also supports AMD's Dual Core Athlon 64 X2 line.
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ (2.4GHz, 1MB L2 cache per core)
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ (2.4GHz, 512KB L2 cache per core)
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (2.2GHz, 1MB L2 cache per core)
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (2.2GHz, 512KB L2 cache per core)

    Yes, it supports all socket 939 CPU's. It is also a very solid easy to use board that doesn't offer much for over clocking but is otherwise a very good board. I have built many for other people on it and all are going strong.
