Problem with CPU usage

Well, i have had this computer for 1.5 years now, and its starting to run very very slowly. The only other problem i have ever had was a corrupted network card. I suspect malicious files but you guys are the experts.

any help much appreciated.

    Hi rtoandbuddy,

Could you explain when your computer runs slowly? Running programs or on Startup?

    Please do the following...

    1. I'd like to have some files scanned:
    • Go to VirusTotal
    • Copy and paste the following file path into the Search Box at the top of the page:
    • C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\CDLFQHKT.exe
    • Click on the Send button
    • Please post the results in your next reply.
Do the same for the following file:

    C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VZK.exe

    2. Please do an online scan with Panda ActiveScan

    - Once you are on the Panda site, click the Scan your PC button
    - A new window will open...click the Check Now button
    - Enter your Country
    - Enter your State/Province
    - Enter your e-mail address and click send
    - Select either Home User or Company
    - Click the big Scan Now button
    - If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
    - It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
    - When download is complete, click on Local Disks to start the scan
    - When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location.

Post the contents of the Panda scan report, along with a new HijackThis Log. Also, let me know about the above question.

My computer is not fast at start-up, this is not un-normal though. What is really suspicious is how slow it has become when running simple programs like mozilla and Word. I am unable to run more than one program without sufficient slowing.

    #1-

    C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\CDLFQHKT.exe
I went to a new page with "0 bytes size received"

    C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VZK.exe
    Ditto "0 bytes size received"

This is what the Panda scan detected
