I want to rule out a factor in a diagnostic process:

could a kernel_data_inpage_error (0x0000007a) possibly be caused by heat?

Well... then would you think it likely for that specific error to be caused by heat? The error is on my laptop, which gets pretty hot.

I ran a scandisk to see if I had a bad sector, the only other solution would be a corrupt system file, right?

That's what the windows help page seems to be saying.

Probably. Non-paged area usually refers to HDD or RAM.

I thought this only referred to a swapfile error... I'll run some memtest presently.
