Help Desperately Needed! HJT log attached

Hi All

I am in need of help please my laptop is suddenly only connecting to the net at 1mbps and I am getting pop-ups even tho I have a blocker, this has happeneded since my flat mate downloaded a "torrent" site and some other things I'm not too sure on. Below is the HJT log.

Your log is looking much better. Please download the free version of AVG Antispyware . Once it is installed and fully updated, run a scan and post the log here.
