Dead PC8000 Plat stick. HELP!

So, each night as I go to bed, I use the S3 state on my PC and hibernate it. Saves some handy power. I came home from work today, flicked the mouse to get it to come back, and it powered on, but did not resume from STR.

"Huh.." said I, irritated but not confused, as this has happened on occasion in the past; STR is not super reliable.

I restarted my PC, and it did not POST. "Uh oh," thought I, as this had never actually happened to me before on my own computer. I reseated the memory in different banks, removed my dustbuster of a GTS, reset the CMOS and yanked the cord. I watched some TV for 5 minutes, came back, and went to power the whole shebang on. Still no POST.

Started taking the PC to the bare essentials: 1 CPU, 1 SATA, CPU, nothing else. No POST. Swapped in the other stick of RAM. Tada! POST! Swapped the second stick of RAM in with the working one in single channel, POST beep but it freezes at memory detection. So here I am with one stick of memory..

What do I do to exercise my lifetime warranty? Thank god I bought OCZ. :D
