As far as I know this program doesnt actually need any external files, and is really great for watching/recording from TV-Cards, Cameras and other Video inputs, and its only 33k!

I think a slightly different version of it came with WinME, but this one came with my TV Card.

    Ill try that one out next time i hook up my tv tuner, thanks (the supplied software is pretty pathetic)!
