First Raid 0 array... Hurray!!

Just setup my second raid array ever, first Raid 0 (the other was a Raid 1 for a business PC).

Ran Sisoft and got a 51,000+ score :D

Also notice a performance boost in my multimedia/digital music recording capabilities.

Needless to say I'm pleased...

Any advice or further tweaking?

There are two ways to run sandra. With and without the disk cache. Try and always run it without the cache first. This way you tune the hardware basicaly.. Then when its rocking we tune windows and give it another boost.

If that 51,000 was bypassing the cache its a very very nice score! If it was then run it now with the cache and see what you get.

I forgot to tweak things when I got home last night, instead played 2 games of MLB 2003 :p

I guess it's better to use my PC anyways :D

Hey stoopid, do you mind getting some ATTO's for me with those 2 30gb Maxtor's? I was thinking of going for that deal at Staples this week. I would really appreciate it man

I hate to ask you this man.... but can you change the Total Length value to 32mb? That's usually what I bench on....
