When it came to overclocking this system, we had a good overall experience, boosting the system performance by 11%.
now they used and 1800xp to get to 2000xp speeds. now although it doesnt answer your question directly. however i would say if they could managed an 11% increase on the board from a cpu that could do about 20% on a good day.
11% above stock reccomended should be easy!
Genrally i would say 10% outta mobo specs should be easy as a rule of the thumb
