A close one to call

I need a need MB which one to chose? Start with my fava!

1) Epox 8RDA3+ $119 +/-
2) ASUS A7N8X Deluxe $130 +/-
3) ABIT NF7-S $123 +/-

or

4) Others (Your suggection in here!)

Hopefully if I soon have the money, it will be the home of Barton 2500
Any advice for me please, thanks in advance! ;)

BTW, also which brand of memory to get?

    I've heard nothing but great things about the NF7

    Yep. The NF7-S is the best athlon mobo out there right now (well rev2.0 of it ;) ). The Asus board is pretty bad, if you look around on the forums at all the weird issues, like lack of unlocking, strange overclocking issues, etc. It's a strictly ctock board. The NF7-S is a beast though, 223Mhz fsb out of the box for me. ;)

    Nothing but great things bout NF7 but apparently the Epox allows for higher voltages.

    Another vote for the NF7-S here. Probably the best board I have ever owned!
