Wizzard's site googles but does not come up at all. It looks like the account was closed or the host server has just been restored sans site content, as one gets an ensim page that should never feed on a working site.
the patch is from a public beta of rivatuner or else incorporated into a public beta of rivatuner now. They also have content about how to and what cards will work with this patch.
Essentially, a Radeon 9500 128 MB NON-Pro card is what is needed, and then it works only sometimes. If you get a mismosh you get to restore your old video drivers. try googling with:
rivatuner+patch+9500
and than look at the Designtechnica result for more details also, please.
welll... I already have the modded drivers installed, except they are the 3.4's I believe. just wondering if the modded 3.6's are out. I tried using riva tuner to mod my 9500 before and wizard's drivers just seemed to work better.
