just did a dual boot setup with 98 and 2k. when it starts up I'm given a choice and 30 seconds to choose which OS to use. trouble is, 30 seconds is TOO LONG. I didnt see where to agjust the setting this time around as I did last time. I'd rather it was set for 5 seconds to choose. How, now that I have both OS's installed can I change the "choose time" ? Someplace in the registery? Thank You Bruce

Nope. Edit a file called boot.ini in the root directory where you boot from. make sure you have the file options set to view hiden files and OS files etc..

    Cheers

    Easier way..........

    In Win2K, Start - Control Panel - System - Advanced -
    Startup and Recovery.

You can change the time *AND* the default OS if you'd like.
