Is there any Guides for me to go by for setting up RAID 0?

i have 2x80GB IDE Western Digi drives running on a Raid mobo.

Now im wondering if someone could give me a link to a nice guide

There are many sites that will help you with setting up RAID 0. However I/we need to know what machin specs you are running/planning to run.
i.e. what type of MB.
However if you are running a MB with a higpoint controller it might be a good idea to look at this site:
