EP-4PCA3+ ... Anyone have one of these?

I have been waiting to get one of these, but for the last several weeks, they have only been available at Axiontech, which is in my state, and I would have to pay tax on it. WTF?? Anyone know of another place to get it? Is there an issue with this board that keeps people from getting it? Or is the Canterwood just not the best chipset, so its not as popular? Should I stick with a Granite Bay?

I would have expected to see this one on New Egg, but its been months since it showed up at Axion, and still nothing anywhere else on the web.

What am I missing here?

Axion is the only spot I'veseen that has the Epox 4PCA3+.

Newegg has the i865PE 4PDA2+ version however ~$140. It has similar specs

Are there any known issues with the i875? It just seems like this would be more readily available by now....

The i875 Rocks! (And I hate to that..)

The i875 Chipset motherboards are readily available, it just Epox is hard to find. Maybe they're just having cashflow or manufacturing problems......

Got mine in the mail yesterday. Installed yesterday.....blew up FX5900 Ultra yesterday.....go figure...LOL. Oh yeah....DONT SHOP AT 'allstarshop.com' if your card arrives DOA.....too bad...they send you to the manufacturer for an RMA. How pissed do ya think I was??

Already I like the "CTRL+F1" power-on function. Very cool. I would like to know where in the BIOS the AGP multiplier is. I don't see a way to back it off of 8x (course I haven't read the manual yet either).

I have big plans....dunno if I will make em all tangeable...we'll see.

I've bought from Allstarshop several times.

Their Return Policy says "Allstarshop.com offers a 30-day replacement/refund guarantee from the original ship date for most products. Certain restrictions apply, please check for warranty and service on each product accordingly. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted."

A rather limited return limit..... :(

I like that CTRL+F1 power on function (it setable through F1-F12 and the mouse, plus any key you want on the keyboard) with my ABIT KD7-RAID. However, I never use it since the computer is pretty much on all the time. :D
