mobo problem
I have a PC Chips M922L mobo, bought it last september and was sitting in a case collecting dust untill now. I bought 512 DDR2100 and a geforce4 mx440 AGP to finish out the requirements to run it.
Installed everything (including my two hard drive set up - a 6gig with windows XP (NTFS) and a 40gig with RH8.0 in a 10 gig partition and 30gigs of fat32) Anyway the problem is this, my keyboard doesn't work, mouse (trackmouse) doesn't light up LEDs on the front of the case don't light up and monitor acts like the computer is in sleep mode (alternating yellow and green LED power indicator light)
But CPU fan and case fan are running, CD/R/RW and floppy light up, hard drives start spinning and there are no diagnostic beeps. Can anyone give some guidence? I just talked to a friend and he suggested try without the video card and see if it boots better, I'll be back after I try that... Thanks for anything
Sorry so wordy
K - tried taking out the video card, there's a hang up in the same place, I also tried to remove the RAM, same thing. Clear the CMOS - same thing, went back and checked that all my other jumpers were correct, they are... I'm really at a loss, any help out there?

Only other possibilities are that the power supply is partly dead, provides enough juice to spins fans and flash light but not to post...
OR the motherboard's dead.
