I want two very stable, moderately performing 250GB drives with 3 year warranties, and the Maxtor 7Y250P0 drive is what I've read as the best for my desires. And cubest.com has the best price for them, according to pricewatch. Have any of you dealt with cubest? I'm always hesitant to order from a company for the first time.

Sometimes the very best price isnt the place to buy. How much are you really losing by dealing with and honest merchant like newegg who you know will almost always stand behind their products? You hear very very few people whining about newegg not happily handling an RMA situation. Thats NOT the case with many web merchants.

Have a friend or relative paid for the second drive so you can apply for both rebates.
