Help me with heatsink choice

Does the Swiftech MCX462+ or the Thermalright SLK-900A cool better? Whichever heatsink i decide on getting will be paired with a 92mm tornado fan and a Sunbeam Rheobus Fan Speed Controller so the fan is only loud when i want it to be. I have enough money to get either so i don't want any comments about the price, i just want to know which cools better.
